Description
A delightful copycat recipe of the Starbucks Pink Drink made with strawberries, coconut milk, and tea.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup strawberries (sliced)
- 1 cup sweetened coconut milk (chilled)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup Tazo Iced Passion Tea Concentrate
- 1 cup white grape juice
- 1 ½ tbsp sugar
- Ice
- 1 cup non-fat milk
- 2 pumps vanilla-flavored syrup
Instructions
- Slice your strawberries. Place 1 cup in a blender with the water, white grape juice, Tazo iced passion tea concentrate, and sugar. Blend on high until combined. Set the remaining sliced strawberries aside for later.
- Add ½ cup of coconut milk along with a handful of ice to each serving cup.
- Carefully divide your strawberry blended mixture evenly into each cup and stir gently, allowing the vibrant colors to blend in beautifully.
- Top each drink with the remaining sliced strawberries.
- (Optional) In a small bowl, combine non-fat milk and vanilla syrup. Using an immersion blender, blend until foamy, then add to the top of each drink before serving.
Notes
Serve with colorful straws and in pretty glassware for a delightful presentation.
