Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package Gnocchi
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cream
  • Seasoning (to taste)
  • Parmesan (for garnish)
  • Fresh basil (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients by measuring and chopping the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.
  2. Place the chicken in the slow cooker, coating it with your favorite seasoning. Cook on low for about 240 minutes until tender.
  3. Once cooked, shred the chicken and return it to the slow cooker. Stir in the gnocchi and spinach, cooking for an additional 30 minutes.
  4. Pour in the cream, stirring gently to combine, and let it simmer until the comforting aromas fill the kitchen.
  5. Serve the dish garnished with Parmesan and fresh basil as desired.

Notes
