  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest (optional)
  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the light brown sugar, softened butter, vanilla extract, and egg in a large bowl. Beat until creamy.
