Description

A delightful homemade Pink Drink combining sweet strawberries and creamy coconut milk, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white grape juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries (fresh)
  • 1-1/2 cups diced strawberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for the simple syrup)
  • 1 cup water (for the simple syrup)


Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine the white grape juice and coconut milk. Stir gently until well mixed.
  2. Add the strawberry simple syrup to the mixture and stir until evenly blended.
  3. Fold in the sliced and diced strawberries, allowing their juices to mingle with the mixture.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to marry.
  5. Serve over ice in your favorite glass. Enjoy! Garnish with extra slices of strawberry and a sprig of mint if desired.
