Description

A refreshing blend of blackberry juice and creamy coconut milk, perfect for hot evenings and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Blackberry juice (Chilled; use 100% juice with no added sugar if preferred.)
  • 1/2 cup Full-fat coconut milk (Well stirred for a smooth, creamy swirl.)
  • 1/4 cup Freeze-dried blackberries (Adds texture and extra berry flavor.)
  • 1 cup Ice cubes (Optional, for serving.)
  • 2 tablespoons Freeze-dried blackberries (Extra for topping and garnish.)

Instructions

  1. Add the freeze-dried blackberries to a large pitcher.
  2. Slowly pour the chilled blackberry juice into the pitcher until it is filled about three-quarters full.
  3. Carefully pour in the coconut milk, allowing it to cascade and create a cloudy swirl through the juice.
  4. Gently stir once or twice to enhance the marble effect, being cautious not to overmix.
  5. If desired, fill serving glasses with ice before pouring the drink over.
  6. Top each glass with extra freeze-dried blackberries and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, but don’t freeze as the texture may change.
