Description

A comforting and easy slow-cooked dish featuring tender pork chops smothered in a creamy garlic-parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 thick-cut bone-in Pork Chops
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced (to taste)
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth, low-sodium

Instructions

  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients, including washing and chopping the garlic, grating the parmesan, and measuring out the cream and broth.
  2. Place the pork chops in the crockpot and add the garlic, cream, and chicken broth. Cook on low for 360–480 minutes.
  3. Stir occasionally to coat the pork chops with the creamy sauce, ensuring they become tender and flavorful.
  4. Once cooked, plate the pork chops with a drizzle of sauce and serve with pasta or bread.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with cold water and stir it in at the end of cooking.
