A comforting and easy slow-cooked dish featuring tender pork chops smothered in a creamy garlic-parmesan sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 thick-cut bone-in Pork Chops
- 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced (to taste)
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Chicken Broth, low-sodium
Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients, including washing and chopping the garlic, grating the parmesan, and measuring out the cream and broth.
- Place the pork chops in the crockpot and add the garlic, cream, and chicken broth. Cook on low for 360–480 minutes.
- Stir occasionally to coat the pork chops with the creamy sauce, ensuring they become tender and flavorful.
- Once cooked, plate the pork chops with a drizzle of sauce and serve with pasta or bread.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with cold water and stir it in at the end of cooking.
