- Spaghetti noodles
- Cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients. Ensure the crockpot is clean and ready.
- Combine the chicken, cream soup, and Rotel in the crockpot. Stir well.
- Cook on low for about 360 minutes or high for 180 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks, then return it to the crockpot.
- Add your cooked spaghetti to the mixture, adjusting moisture with extra cream soup if necessary.
- Continue cooking for about 30 more minutes until everything is combined.
- Serve in bowls, topped with extra cheese and fresh herbs.
