  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, draining excess fat.
