Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, draining excess fat.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Add spaghetti to the pot, ensuring it is well coated in the broth.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 8–10 minutes, stirring frequently until spaghetti is al dente.
- Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
