Ingredients
- 12 ounces tri-color rotini pasta
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 ounce dry ranch dressing mix
- 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 4.25-ounce can sliced black olives, drained (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook the rotini in a large pot of salted boiling water for about 8 minutes until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, and a splash of milk in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Fold the cooled pasta into the dressing until fully coated. Add the chopped bacon, diced tomatoes, black olives, and shredded cheese; toss together until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld. Stir gently before serving and garnish with fresh herbs or cheese if desired.
Notes
For added crunch, consider adding diced bell peppers or cucumbers. It can also be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for later enjoyment.
