Description

Delicious Thanksgiving Stuffing Balls made with leftover turkey and stuffing, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover stuffing
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cranberries, dried
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the leftover stuffing, chopped turkey, dried cranberries, green onions, cheese, and egg until well combined. Season with salt and pepper as you go.
  2. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and form them into balls. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the stuffing balls until golden brown and heated through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.

Notes

Can be baked at 375°F for a healthier option. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
