Delicious Thanksgiving Stuffing Balls made with leftover turkey and stuffing, perfect for family gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover stuffing
- 1 cup cooked turkey, chopped
- 1/2 cup cranberries, dried
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the leftover stuffing, chopped turkey, dried cranberries, green onions, cheese, and egg until well combined. Season with salt and pepper as you go.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and form them into balls. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the stuffing balls until golden brown and heated through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
Can be baked at 375°F for a healthier option. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
