Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups beef broth or water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey with the diced onion until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and beef broth to the pot. Stir to combine.
