  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup toffee pieces


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add the confectioners’ sugar and mix until pale and smooth.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Slowly add the all-purpose flour and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the mini chocolate morsels and toffee pieces gently.
  7. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
