Ingredients
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup mini chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup toffee pieces
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the confectioners’ sugar and mix until pale and smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Slowly add the all-purpose flour and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate morsels and toffee pieces gently.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
