Description

A comforting and quick breakfast roll-up made with sausage, eggs, and crescent roll dough that your family will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • Shredded cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned, then crumble it.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce the heat and add beaten eggs, stirring gently until they form soft curds.
  5. Combine the sausage and scrambled eggs in a bowl, mixing well.
  6. Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the wide end of the dough triangles.
  7. Roll up the dough tightly from the wide end to the narrow, sealing the edges.
  8. Brush the tops with milk or beaten egg for shine (optional).
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
