Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or other seasonings


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cabbage into 1-inch thick slices to create ‘steaks’.
  3. Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the steaks and season with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes
