Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or other seasonings
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cabbage into 1-inch thick slices to create ‘steaks’.
- Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the steaks and season with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
