Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder
  • 2 cups water (or a mix of water and unsweetened almond milk)
  • Sugar free drink mix packets or flavoring of your choice
  • Optional sweetener (like monk fruit or stevia)


Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup of cold water into a bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over the top and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 cup of water until hot but not boiling.
  3. Pour the hot liquid over the bloomed gelatin and whisk until fully dissolved.
  4. Wait 2 to 3 minutes then whisk in the protein powder.
  5. Add flavoring, taste, and adjust as desired.
  6. Pour into cups or a loaf pan and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours until set.

Notes
