  • Potstickers
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 cups mixed greens (like spinach or bok choy)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a simmer.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Gently add the potstickers to the pot and cook according to the package instructions.
  4. Stir in the mixed greens and cook until they are wilted.
  5. Season the soup with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Use fresh ginger for a brighter flavor. For extra depth, add a dash of fish sauce or chicken bouillon to flat broth. If desired, finish with a drizzle of sesame oil or toasted sesame seeds.
