Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract
  • Cocoa powder or crushed nuts for coating


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just boiling.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the dark chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  3. Add the orange zest and orange extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 60-120 minutes until firm.
  5. Once firm, use a melon baller or your hands to form small balls of the mixture.
  6. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or crushed nuts to coat.
  7. Place the truffles in a festive box or on a platter to serve. Enjoy!

Notes
