Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, and parsley. Mix well.
  2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it out but keeping it contained in the center.
