Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley or chives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Pat chicken breasts dry and place in the baking dish. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over each breast.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the topping is golden and bubbly.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with herbs if desired.
Notes
Let the chicken rest before slicing for a moister bite. The topping can be made with Greek yogurt for a tangier flavor, and you can add smoked paprika for extra color.
