Ingredients

- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons almond flour (optional)
- 1 egg

- Parchment paper
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, almond flour, and Italian seasonings; mix until it forms a ball.
- Lay out two sheets of parchment paper, spray one with olive oil, and place the chicken mixture in the center.
- Flatten the mixture into a round shape using a rolling pin, keeping it even in thickness.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden.
- Remove from the oven, add your favorite toppings, and bake for another 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
