  • 1 egg

  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasonings
  • Parchment paper
  • Olive oil spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, almond flour, and Italian seasonings; mix until it forms a ball.
  3. Lay out two sheets of parchment paper, spray one with olive oil, and place the chicken mixture in the center.
  4. Flatten the mixture into a round shape using a rolling pin, keeping it even in thickness.
  5. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden.
