Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and garlic, sautéing until softened.
  3. Combine shredded chicken, sautéed mushrooms, heavy cream, cheese, thyme, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
