  • 1 cup of cooked shredded chicken or turkey
  • 2 cups of spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Fresh herbs for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cauliflower: Start by ricing the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater.
  2. Sauté the Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat, add riced cauliflower, and cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Mix in the Cream Cheese: Lower heat and stir in cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the Chicken: Stir in the shredded chicken or turkey until well combined.
  5. Incorporate Spinach and Seasoning: Fold in chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until the spinach wilts.
