  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Irish whiskey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Mashed potatoes or crusty bread for serving


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6–7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside on a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
  5. Carefully pour in the Irish whiskey and let it simmer for a couple of minutes to reduce slightly.
