Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3/4 cup frozen berries (blueberries and raspberries)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional: a few drops of stevia or monk fruit
  • Optional: ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Add the liquid first so the blender does not struggle.
  2. Add yogurt, protein powder, chia, and nut butter.
  3. Add frozen berries last, then blend until smooth.
  4. Let it sit for 2 minutes if you used chia.

Notes

Top with sliced banana, granola, toasted coconut, and extra berries for added flavor and texture.
