Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3/4 cup frozen berries (blueberries and raspberries)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Optional: a few drops of stevia or monk fruit
- Optional: ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the liquid first so the blender does not struggle.
- Add yogurt, protein powder, chia, and nut butter.
- Add frozen berries last, then blend until smooth.
- Let it sit for 2 minutes if you used chia.
