A simple and delicious ground chicken pizza crust that is perfect for family dinners, offering a crispy edge and tender center without any flour.
Ingredients
- 450 g ground chicken
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 20 pepperoni slices
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, eggs, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
- Spread the mixture into a round pizza shape on the tray, pressing it about half an inch thick.
- Bake the crust for 20 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border.
- Add mozzarella and top with pepperoni slices.
- Return to oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly, slice, and enjoy.
Notes
Use fresh basil for added flavor. Brush a little olive oil around the edges before baking for crispiness.
