Description

A simple and delicious ground chicken pizza crust that is perfect for family dinners, offering a crispy edge and tender center without any flour.


Ingredients

  • 450 g ground chicken
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 20 pepperoni slices


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, eggs, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into a round pizza shape on the tray, pressing it about half an inch thick.
  4. Bake the crust for 20 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
  5. Remove from oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border.
  6. Add mozzarella and top with pepperoni slices.
  7. Return to oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool slightly, slice, and enjoy.

Notes

Use fresh basil for added flavor. Brush a little olive oil around the edges before baking for crispiness.
