Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix well until everything is even.
  3. Spread the mixture on parchment into a 10–12 inch circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 20–22 minutes until firm and golden. Let rest for 3–5 minutes.
  5. Add toppings and return to the oven for 8–10 minutes, until cheese melts.
  6. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
