Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chex mix
  • 2 cups gluten-free popcorn
  • 2 cups gluten-free pretzels
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts, unsalted
  • 9 oz white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Christmas sprinkles (as desired)


Instructions

  1. Add the Chex mix, popcorn, pretzels, and peanuts to a large bowl, mixing gently.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler until smooth.
  3. Pour melted white chocolate over the mix and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Fold in the sprinkles and any additional mix-ins you prefer.
  5. Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes until set.
