Ingredients
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the carrots, butter, brown sugar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Toss to coat the carrots evenly in the glaze.
- Spread the carrots out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
