Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the carrots, butter, brown sugar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss to coat the carrots evenly in the glaze.
  4. Spread the carrots out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
