Description

Ingredients

  • Dumplings (potstickers)
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cups mixed greens (such as bok choy or spinach)
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a simmer.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the broth, simmering for about 5 minutes.
  3. Gently add the dumplings to the broth and cook according to package instructions.
  4. Stir in the mixed greens and allow to wilt for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes
