- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- In a Crock Pot, combine shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
