Ingredients
- 4 Corn or Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce or Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon Italian Herbs
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay the tortillas flat on a baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Spread a layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of the sauce.
- Add your chosen toppings over the cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian herbs, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes on top.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice into wedges.
