Description

A quick and delightful weeknight dinner featuring tender salmon topped with a crispy, flavorful Parmesan breadcrumb crust.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Pat them dry and press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each fillet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with lemon wedges.

Notes
