Ingredients
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the baby potatoes, then cut them in half.
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously on top of the potatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the cheese is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve hot as a side dish.
