Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the baby potatoes, then cut them in half.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously on top of the potatoes.
