Ingredients
- 1 package angel cake mix

Instructions
- Prepare the angel cake mix according to the package instructions and let it cool completely.
- Use a spoon to scoop out small, bite-sized portions of the cooled cake and roll them into balls.
- In a bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar to create the churro coating.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the angel cake balls until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fried balls from the oil and immediately roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
- Serve the crispy angel cake churro bites warm with a side of chocolate sauce for dipping, if desired.
Notes
