Ingredients
- 1 package gnocchi
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the crumbled feta cheese and mix well until combined.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and gently fold to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
