Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Toss in the broccoli florets and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender and bright green.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until melted and well combined.
