Description

  • 4 cups fresh corn kernels (or frozen corn)
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  • Chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives) for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
