Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 3 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the fresh cranberries and sliced apples. Add granulated sugar and mix well.
  3. Transfer the fruit mixture to a baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, rolled oats, flour, and cinnamon. Pour in the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  5. Evenly distribute the oat mixture over the fruit in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
