Description

A calming herbal tea blend designed to help busy families relax and reconnect after a long day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon chamomile flowers
  • 1 teaspoon lemon balm leaves
  • 1 teaspoon holy basil leaves
  • Honey (to taste)


Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. Add chamomile, lemon balm, and holy basil.
  3. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Strain into a cup and add honey if desired.
  5. Enjoy warm.

Notes
