Ingredients

- 1 scoop collagen peptides (about 10 to 20 grams)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions
- Warm your milk in a small pot over medium-low heat until hot but not boiling.
- Watch for steam and small bubbles at the edges. Do not let it boil.
- Whisk in cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt until smooth.
- Remove the pot from heat and whisk in collagen to avoid clumping.
- Add vanilla extract if desired, and adjust sweetness to taste.
- Pour into your favorite mug and sip slowly.
Notes
