Delightfully chewy cookies packed with M&M’s and pretzels, perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pretzels, roughly chopped
- 1 cup M&M’s
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Mix in the oats, flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped pretzels and M&M’s.
- Drop tablespoon-sized scoops of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
For added fun, let the kids decorate with sprinkles after baking.
