Description

Festive cookies filled with a delightful mixture of chocolate, nuts, and candy canes, perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 18.3 oz brownie mix (follow directions on back)
  • 2 pints of ice cream (flavors of your choice)
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed candy canes
  • 1 cup nuts
  • ½ cup dried fruit (like cranberries or cherries)


Instructions

  1. Bake brownies in a 9 x 13 pan according to directions on the back.
  2. Cool brownies and cut out two 6-inch circles.
  3. Place one circle of brownie into a 6-inch springform pan and layer with one pint of your chosen ice cream.
  4. Repeat with the second circle of brownie and remaining ice cream.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and return to the freezer to harden.
  6. Remove from freezer about 5 minutes before serving to allow it to soften a bit.
  7. Top with hot fudge and pieces of the remaining brownies.
