Festive cookies filled with a delightful mixture of chocolate, nuts, and candy canes, perfect for holiday celebrations.
Ingredients
- 18.3 oz brownie mix (follow directions on back)
- 2 pints of ice cream (flavors of your choice)
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed candy canes
- 1 cup nuts
- ½ cup dried fruit (like cranberries or cherries)
Instructions
- Bake brownies in a 9 x 13 pan according to directions on the back.
- Cool brownies and cut out two 6-inch circles.
- Place one circle of brownie into a 6-inch springform pan and layer with one pint of your chosen ice cream.
- Repeat with the second circle of brownie and remaining ice cream.
- Cover with plastic wrap and return to the freezer to harden.
- Remove from freezer about 5 minutes before serving to allow it to soften a bit.
- Top with hot fudge and pieces of the remaining brownies.
