Description

Delightful and healthy Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters that are perfect for a sweet treat with a nutritious twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add the chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a large bowl. Combine thoroughly.
  2. Add scoops of the yogurt mixture (about 2 tablespoons each) to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to form the clusters. You should be able to make about 10 clusters.
  3. Place the baking sheet with the yogurt clusters in the freezer. Freeze until they are completely solid, about 1-2 hours.
  4. Once frozen, melt the chocolate. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 15 or 30-second intervals, stirring until melted.
  5. Remove the frozen yogurt clusters and dip each one into the melted chocolate, ensuring each is thoroughly coated.
  6. Place each coated cluster back on the prepared baking sheet, optionally adding a sprinkle of sea salt.
  7. Return the clusters to the freezer for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to harden and the yogurt to solidify.
  8. Enjoy your Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters!

Notes

Store leftover clusters in an airtight container in the freezer, layered with parchment paper to prevent sticking. The flavors improve if stored overnight.
