Deliciously soft and chewy cookies filled with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows, perfect for family moments.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt until well incorporated.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir until just combined; don’t over-mix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space between each spoonful.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
For thicker cookies, chill the dough for about 30 minutes before baking. Store in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
