Description

Delightful and chewy cookies infused with sweet maple flavor and warm cinnamon, finished with a creamy white chocolate dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate melting wafers
  • Red and green holly berry sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Prepare the maple cinnamon cookie dough and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  2. Portion the dough into desired size dough balls, about 1.5 oz each.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while the dough chills. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  5. Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack before decorating.
  6. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at half power.
  7. Dip half of the cooled cookie into the melted white chocolate and place on wax or parchment paper.
  8. Drizzle additional melted white chocolate over the dipped portion and add sprinkles before it sets.
  9. Let the chocolate-dipped portion harden before serving.

Notes

Use high-quality maple syrup and melting wafers for best results. Experiment with sprinkles for different themes!
