Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed potatoes

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small puffs or balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the potato puffs until golden brown and crispy on the outside, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
