Ingredients

- 3 cups diced potatoes

- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef and onion until the meat is cooked through.
- Drain any excess fat.
- Add the diced potatoes and beef broth to the pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
