Deliciously creamy bars with a crumbly graham cracker crust, tangy apples, and a drizzle of caramel, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  7. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  9. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
  10. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

These bars keep well in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and can also be frozen for up to two months. Warm them up slightly before serving for the best texture.
