Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of water until just boiling.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of powdered gelatin over the water and stir until it is completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and mix in 1 cup of your favorite fruit juice.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and refrigerate for at least 120-180 minutes or until set.
- Once set, enjoy as a light and refreshing snack!
Notes
