Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee or 2 espresso shots
- 2 tbsp banana puree (ripe banana mashed)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp almond butter (optional, for creaminess)
- 1-2 tsp monk fruit sweetener or stevia (to taste)
- Whipped coconut cream for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Heat almond milk in a saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Add banana puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and almond butter.
- Whisk until smooth and creamy.
